I've seen this video a few times and from a psychology point of view, since there is no sound, I am wondering: After he points out the dashcam, she looks down at, what appears to be his belt. This may be over analyzing the hell out of this but does anyone else think, that she may be checking for a gun or badge thinking he is a cop?

Too bad he didn't keep his yap shut about the camera. They were all about blaming him, and that may even have been an intentional setup for insurnace fraud (oh, my neck!)

Personally, I would have waited until they filed a false insurance claim before revealing the existence of the camera. But I'm vindictive like that.

I am planning on buying a dash cam for my car not Rig. Too many crazees when they see the bimmer.

I run a dash cam in my 5th Gen, and while I haven't needed it to prove blame in an accident or to protect myself from unruly police just yet, I'm sure it will prove itself invaluable when I do need it. Mine is two channel with a GPS overlay, so it records both interior and exterior of the vehicle.

I poster s different clip about this kind of thing a month or so back. Its sad that this is needed because of all the shady people. At least technology is catching up and its easier to defend yourself against it. And I agree with KidVermicious, I would wait until they try and sue then counter sue the hell out of them!

The one I have is the Camos (South Korean company) DR-200. It's tough to find, but here's an example: Car Camera Camos DR-200 | Trade Me

Works pretty well, and I was very surprised with the quality of the video and software. Only downside is that you have to reformat the SD card every few weeks or it will lock-up (no idea why).
