Daystar help??

Anyone in Austin/Houston area know how to install the daystar 1" front lift only? I have no idea how to do it as i've never messed with any suspension stuff. I'd rather get help and learn how to do it and give some money/beer to that forum member than a shop to do it and never learn how to do it.
