Daystar install

Finally got the Daystar 1" level kit installed, and I have to say, I don't like it much. The "level" factor isn't quite level. I got a Bro-sag in the rear now. Going to have to put an inch ir so on the rear now. What do ya'll think?

I think it looks really good IMO. I want to get the same 1" for my 04'.

The daystar lifts 2" which is a little much imo. Doesn't look bad unloaded but with any weight in the? It may settle some in the rear it becomes noticeable. How many miles on it since the install? If very few, it may settle some still.

Installed yesterday, 8/21. I now think that it's too much too....I am thinking I am going to drop the 1.5 rear spacer in, I've seen a couple here with that setup and it looks good.

Hey, I just installed the same lift about 3 weeks ago and like the look but I have to say I agree. Once you put some weight in the back its going to look nose high. I just ordered the daystar 1.5 for the back and will be putting it on as soon as I get it in. I don't think its too hard to install.

Well I put in the 1.5 rear and I like it. Still has rake and that's ok. I don't mind the rake. I don't like the stock look.

Lost some stiffness of the XREAS but I guess that's expected with the higher center of gravity.

Did you have a 1" lift or a 1" thick spacer ? I used a DS 2.5/1.5 and machined the rear spacer down to get as level as possible. A 1" lift should not even level it much less make the front higher than the rear.

It's the Daystar 1" Spacer which provides 2" of lift up front. In my opinion, it creates a reverse rake. So then I put in the 1.5" rear spacer.
