Pin 12 of the flasher relay. It's light green with a red stripe. This signal comes from the Body ECU and tells the DRLs when to come on. You'd need to test this line with a volt meter and see what the required signal levels are.
Most likely the line goes high (+12v) when the DRLS should be on and goes low (0v or floats) when they should be off...but it could be the other way around (possible) or even something completely different (unlikely). Assuming +12V/0V levels, you'd need to cut(or unhook) this wire and tie the flasher side to either +12v or GND. The ECU side should remain disconnected (taped off for safety). Pin 1 (yellow with red stripe) is a switched ignition line +12v on a 15A circuit. Pin 9 (white with black stripe) is ground.
