Overall the buying experience was great, no pressure, no BS about "I have to check with the manager". Upfront with everything, the fleet manager even checked the truecars website when he saw me doing research with my phone.
I ended up getting a great deal (according to truecars). My only regret is that I should have bargained the interest rate (6.6%). I think they would have gone down a little. I just went in for my 30 day inspection, they gave me a bag full of gifts. I didn't expect that, Honda doesn't do that. The fleet sales manager is Edwin Fuentes. A nice guy, actually they all seem pretty nice. I did ask for a free exhaust tip but he said he couldn't do it. He did offer the employee discount. I got it online for $58.00 total. I would definitely get another Toyota from this dealer.

Is your credit bad? If not, you should not be anywhere near 6.6%. I just refinanced my 4Runner at 3.39% through a local credit union. You might want to just go ask your bank or credit union what rates they are offering. I bet you could refinance through them right away. All you do is get the 10 day payoff amount from Toyota (or whoever they financed it through) and your bank cuts them a check and they then hold the title and you make your payments to them instead of whoever Toyota financed you out to. Very simple to do and it will save you loads of cash over the life of the loan.
