DDM HID ballast? bad one?

Less than a day? You mean buy the complete retrofit kit, open the headlight, swap the projectors and brackets in, seal it back and plug in the harness?

I'm thinking about doing a retrofit that's why I ask.

I did my tsx retrofit in less than 8 hours once I had the parts. This included opening the lights, making brackets for the tsx(not direct drop in), painted bezel, reseal, wire and aim the headlights. If I were to have used the TRS morimoto kit, without painting I bet I could have the whole thing done in 4 hours.
