Just got a call from my dealer, and trying to make sure I'm not taking crazy pills.
Installed 5100s on all four corners, SAW rears, and Toytec fronts.
4runner drives like shit right now. Steering feels super sloppy, and any bump moves the steering wheel, which makes it feel like you constantly have to be steering. Feels very sketchy to be honest and definitely needs to be aligned.
Seems to be a little play in the steering bushings, but I may be finding a problem where there isn't one.
Took it to the dealer for alignment and to check the bushings. Got a call FINALLY after they've had it for two days saying they can't put it on the machine for alignment. The aftermarket stuff means that they can't "read it" and the lift kit means the "numbers won't make sense." Finally tells me to take it to a "Tire Discounters or something because they have the equipment."
5100s are at 0.00. No lift. It's a 2012 TE. I've seen dozens (hundreds) of guys on here have their dealer do alignment with 5100s. What the deuce am I missing?
