I just got a new battery and alternator and when the car started back up I had a beep sound coming from the dash and Vcs abs and several other lights on. My brakes were also extremely weak.When I unplugged the abs module the beep stopped. The dealer just called and said I needed a new abs module, I have a stuck caliper and about 10 different codes. I asked about zero point calibration but he said he didn't want me to spend $95 for nothing. Are they ripping me off or telling the truth?

Get another opinion. I know several dealers near me who I wouldn't let add washer fluid to my truck. Just because it's the dealer, doesn't mean they are always honest.
Find a good independent. They'll be your best bet. And if you do actually need a new ABS system (which I seriously doubt)...they should be able to do it LOT CHEAPER.
The ABS module/pump is $450. It doesn't look like it should take 10 hours to replace.

Where are you getting $450 and 10hours to replace the ABS/Pump Module? On the 4th gen its all one unit, combined with the brake master cylinder. It has the solenoid packs, most of the ABS logic, and accumulator pump and tank. Brand new its about $1300 (online, something like 2k if you go through the dealer)
As for the OP:
You did not state what model year and trim you have.
Did you hear any buzzing, sort of electrical noise and pulsing in the pedal? What codes did you have? Did they even bother to clear the codes and double check? Mike is right in that dealers aren't always honest, I would get a second opinion. If possible have them record the codes, clear them, and re-calibrate Zero-Point (IF the codes do NOT come back after clearing and cycling the key.)
