Dealership didn't put airbox on right

SO last time I went to the dealership for my free oil change they swapped out the cabin and engine air filters for me. I was doing a check around my engine with my kid this weekend and noticed that the levered edge on the TRD airbox weren't clipped on. So the past 4000 miles I've been sucking in unfiltered air. Both sides of the filter are dirty and my milage was sucking at 15.1mpg.

I've already replaced the filter and clipped it on properly.

What could be the ramifications? Suggestions?

Probably nothing if you haven't driven many dirt roads. Change the filters yourself next time.
