Death by 1,000,00 clicks- (Dash noise)

There's been a problem in my 07 SR5 that is driving me absolutely insane!! :frusty:

I've got this clicking noise, much like a mouse-click and it is ever-present & I cant take it anymore. (Bad relay? Electrical?)
I've taken apart the whole dash & I'm at a loss-

I've posted this here before about 9mos ago, and I've tried numerous times to pinpoint the noise. Just trying again-

I totally misread your thread title...

The "cl" looks like a "d" to my eyes.

Sounds like you have some chunk of plastic rattling around in your HVAC or when your body flexes some tired piece of dash is popping along with it.

Ha! That'd be a hell of a way to go...

Thx for the listen- I've gotta rip the whole dash out some weekend, I'm just wary of the airbag

The wiring trough the fire wall on my passenger side created some noise with only 2500km. Super annoying.
I just removed the cover and moved it up and down - left and right and noise is gone... worth to have a look.
