Decent Fog lights...?

So there's a few thousand Fog light threads on this site.... non seam to discuss WHAT IS THEIR FAVORITE FOG LIGHT?!

i need to replace the crappy ones i bought way long ago, but would also like to spend less than ~100$, on the ugly yellow light (because they work in Snow/ Fog/ Dust) all of which are fairly common in the area's i drive in.

so who's got some good ones that they like? better yet who's got good suggestions / experience with a specific type / Brand? pictures (of the light output) would be great! i'm putting them on an ARB bumper if that maters to you for some reason....

if you're looking for something under $100, i would recommend Bosch Pilot 160's. I had a pair with the amber/yellow lenses and they provided a really deep yellow color. They had a sharp cutoff as well as a nice and wide fog beam.

4Runner looks really good even with Buckets(i did the TRS retrofit), thanks forth pictures good sir! those would actually work well too, may have some fitment issues since i have the other off road lights on right now....

I have yet to see a Pilot that i liked.... all of them seam to Dull over time... i haven't seen what they call a 'Projector' yet though
 
These would be something like my top pick, but @190$.... I've never seen ANY Rigid LED in person, but their video's are defiantly impressive....

The Rigid's are nice, I have a set of the Dually's and they are bright. They put the stock halogens to shame and I would estimate about 1/4-1/2 mile of light. One huge benefit is the LED's reaction to reflectors on the road, highways tend to light up. I have mine aimed as low as possible and mounted in the lower valence and still get flashed with high beams every night. So basically light output is not an issue. The price is high though but very high quality, I got mine on sale for $165 on amazon last year.

Given this:

A 4 LED light in a compact 2x2 package that can be used for anything from a reverse light on a truck, a handlebar light on a Motorcycle, to a flood light on a trailer.

I doubt they are a) true fog lights or b) street legal on the the front of a vehicle. Would not fly here in NJ....
 
Thankfully 'Orygun' is not as draconian as CA (yet) and only regulates thing being used on the road. That being said this is what i've found:

Manufacturers must meet or exceed SAE
and/or DOT manufacturing standards to market their products for street use

so anything that's SAE / DOT approved is legal! whooo hooo! i thought i had to comply with NHTSA also.... good news for me!

anyway, continuing my search..... :snacker:
