Defroster piece?

Is this whole area supposed to light up? See the pic.
I’m still learning what should be lit up since it seems most of the dash stuff is out in mine.
Time to switch to less.

The ECT letters will light up. I don't think the rear window controls do though.

In mine the rear window button does not light up, but I'm not sure about the other 2, I do not have those

Yes all those should light up. If you take the dash apart there is a switchboard that you can take off to replace those bulbs. You can see mine lit up. There are 2 bulbs, 1 for ECT defrost and 1 for rear window. Make sure that if they don't light up you switch the bulb around

Yes they should light up. Only need to do a 180 if they are LEDs. Uses the same T3 Neo Wedge type that are the backlights for your climate control. Your Hazard button should light up too. I mentioned this to you a little while ago.

Ill have to dig around in there. the Hazard light up, but the defrost and other ones don't. the rear window seems to light up.
I'll take it apart and dig some.
