Well Jordan Petry and family are in town this week, and want to hit a trail.
I was thinking maybe Pole Hill ? http://www.traildamage.com/trails/index.php?id=188
its not a difficault trail, but it is real senic, and so close to Estes Park, so after the run, we can head over there for dinner and site seeing.

They are staying real close to the Dave & Busters off of Church Ranch rd. (104th) & 36 hwy.

So I was thinking we could meet there at 10am. (sat.)

Dave and Busters at 10667 Westminster #100 Westminster , CO 80020

Bring a lunch.

All are welcome :bigok:

Awesome! I'm so excited, :awais:

Thanks for organizing everything ric!
NP, its really no sweat, I just hope you and the family will be happy with the trail, and Estes Park afterwards.
Hopefully we get a few rigs together, most of the crew I run with are either working, or out of town this weekend.

It's just going to be my dad and myself, but I'm sure we will have a great time regardless how many people are there! :bigok:

Sweet, I can't wait! I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to be taking a lot of pictures to shove in my friends faces, :bigok:

Also, is their any snow up there? Just curious, :bigok:

I wouldn't get too excited, it's probably just a cargo organzier...I got one for my wife's minivan too! lol!

I have my in-laws in town from Florida, and am planning to take them up for a scenic run. I do want to shock them a little bit though with some good obstacles too; I actually had to explain what "4-wheeling" is to some of my Florida family. How long does it take to get to the trailhead? It may be too far and too long of a day for my in-laws. Especially since someone has to stay home with the kids.

Poor Jordan...so far it's just the two old bickering fuddyduddies interested and able! ;):

Sn0wrunner failed to mention his thought about the run...he's too easily distracted by the talk of mods!! You should know better than that Ric...you probably kept him up all night!! :p

lol, it's no big deal, y'all sound like a fun bunch. CSL if you could make it that would be awesome! My cargo organizer is just a big plastic box, :bigok: It does a good job keeping stuff from sliding around.

Bumpity-bumpity-bump-bump-bump!

:awais: :awais:

WAKE UP COLORADO!! Let's be good hosts and make a great run for Jordan's visit!! :D

So far it appears there are more out of town guest going on the run than locals...

I'm hanging out with the family. Have fun though guys. Post lots of pics.

Yea I'm in for dinner, if we leave Saturday it will be real late, probably midnight or later. What is Doug's name on here? And sorry to hear about your aunt Doug.

Yeah, of course trying to guilt people into joining the run was probably more annoying than effective... :(

Lunch was great...I usually spend the whole day alone, so it was a nice change of pace to have good company. Glad you like my Runner, thanks, but with all I have done for offroading, tomorrow I will be most envious of your CB radio. :)

Sorry to hear about the auto accident, that's awful, although I shouldn't say "accident", but rather a "well-known result of willing irresponsibility."
