Denver area repair advice

Anyone have suggestions/opinions for a shop in the Denver area that does differential work?

Short story... I heard what I immediately recognized as a pinion bearing. Like an idiot, I blindly assumed it to be the rear diff. and took it to 4 Wheel Parts in north Denver and had the diff. rebuilt. Come to find out, it was not the rear, it was the front. Total cost was approximately $850 for the rear rebuild and I would assume the front to be similar. I had no problems with their work and it was the best price I could find with little research.

Just wondering if anyone has any advice or recommendations now that I'm ready to have the front diff. repaired. I'd like to save as much of my hard-earned money as possible, but I don't want the guy down the street whose built 5 differentials in his entire lifetime performing the work. Thanks!

I know this is a few months old, and hopefully your issue is resolved but no one has responded surprisingly. Anyway, Colorado Axle N Gear is fantastic. Al is the owner and works with his son. They've done work on my '78 Bronco and others I know. Very reasonable prices and genuinely honest. He would have properly diagnosed the issue and fixed the correct axle instead of taking your money like 4wheelparts.

I tend to stay away from 4wheelparts in general. Their prices and customer service can be beat by others and their work quality has never impressed me. In fact I've always been surprised by the lack of "doing it properly" knowledge I've experienced their.
