Vinyl wrapped the front lower bumper lip...think it looks much better and will tie in new black roof rack and wheels.

What tint did you use? Looks like you put some on the windshield too?

Thanks; I had it done locally. Been holding up well so far!
I used 20% up front which seems to match the factory rear tint very well. I did not do anything to the windshield although it does look tinted due to the lighting and angle.

Got a call from Desert Rat today as my wheels and tires arrived! Woohoo! Had to run down and check them out.
The Coopers look great in person; very aggressive and purposeful looking and seems like they will do very well as advertised for excellent traction on dry/wet pavement, packed snow/ice, and trail duty.

Again, I took these photos too hastily and so they don't do the wheels or tires any justice as they both look great in person. But will be posting better pics soon.
The install for the Toytec lift, wheels, and tires is scheduled for next Tuesday. Unfortunately, I am going to have to wait for a bit longer for the Gobi rack to arrive.
The Coopers look great in person; very aggressive and purposeful looking and seems like they will do very well as advertised for excellent traction on dry/wet pavement, packed snow/ice, and trail duty.

Thanks guys....sure hope it turns out as expected.
F1scher, I held off on getting the LRAs with the lift as wasn't sure if I really needed them but now I am second guessing my decision. My brother just installed some LRAs with his Toytec BOSS lift for his FJ and says it made a difference. Now I am regretting my decision to not getting them done at the same time but guess I can still add if I want too.

I'm not running the Toytec boss kit but UCAs made a difference on my '08. FWIW, I'm running FJ springs with 5100s set at 1.75".
Drive it and see how you like it. You can always add them later but you'll need to re-align. Which may be beneficial once the springs settle.

Ordered some n-Fab wheel to wheel sidesteps but don't think they will arrive by the time my lift is done in a few days. But I think they'll look good and help with accessing the Gobi cargo rack some.

Finally, the day has arrived for the install of my Toytec BOSS lift, Cooper ST MAXX tires, Fuel Off-Road wheels, and custom mounted Rigid D2 LED lights. They are going to have to do the body mount chop and rebox it so will take some extra time. My Gobi rack still has not been shipped so I will install that later myself. I usually go to Desert Rat in Albuquerque since I have known the manager there for almost 25 years as he has done most of my off-road upgrades on many of my vehicles.
It's going to be a long day waiting...lol.

Thanks...I am having them mount the lights underneath the top horizontal portion of the grille, so they going to custom make a mounting flange that will secure them1.

You talking about this area? (d2s obv. not a bar). Or the top section?
Best area IMO, almost hides the light from eye level. Grill does block some of the output I imagine, but w/e

Yes, but on the outside (front of the grille) to show them off more and keep the output.
