I think I live in one of the best places for off-roading as I have mountians and desert all within a 15-30 minute drive.

Thanks mfregeau20; I miss the impromtu outings when my brother was still living here, so didn't want to pass up the opportunity when he brought his FJ.

Yeah, I guess they all can't be 4Runners...lol. Actually, I really like his rig. It's a Trail Team Edition and quite capable offroader; he has a Boss suspension on it already and is waiting to mount some 295s on it.

That's one nice looking ride Paul..... can't wait to see that front bumper on!

Well I finally got it all done. I went with the Fuel Anza wheels and four 6 inch led's in front and two in back.

Yeah, this is about the closest one I had as a build thread on that truck;

I went with the Full Race exhaust for the twin-turbo engine and love it; was not ricer sounding at, and really could feel the difference as it made the truck a bit more responsive. I was going with a Full Race intercooler upgrade too but sold the truck before I got it.

I need to go wheeling out there again. It has been way too long. At one point, we lived fairly close. I would take my dirtbike every weekend. Nice vid!

I've been hearing rumors that the law was trying to shut that place down and chasing folks out. Did you see anything like that out there?

Now that's interesting news as I haven't heard that. I sure hope not, but the place is overrun at times with huge groups of ATVs, motorcycles, and such that really tear up the place versus the slower Jeep trailing.

As far as I know, you can camp out there. I have some friends that camp out there. It is accessible all year.

What Ron said! But once you get down to the river (when there's water in it....lol) you have to be careful about being on private and/or Indian lands.

We do have some great locales between Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico! But I still haven't been to Utah for any real four wheeling yet so Moab is definitely on my bucket list.

Paul, have you ever ran down the Monticello Canyon Trail? It looks like a neat little trail that's worth a trip it's definitely on my list. BTW great video and pics as always.

Yeah, but only part of it years ago when we would four wheel down around T or C and the Elephant Butte Lake area. At the time, we had the older Jeep CJs and full sized Blazers (so I am dating myself...lol). I would love to go back and do the entire trail!

I can't stop looking at it. I've been to this page so many times the past hr.

How do the rigid D2s work there? Are they solid regarding the mount? Are they driving light pattern? I've got a set of D2s in driving light pattern that I'm thinking of mounting there. Just curious of your opinion after using them.
