Desperation...Need Help

6 Weeks ago CEL P0171, P1125...4R started running terrible, would press gas and car would not go until pedal reached the floor, idle went to 1500 RPM and shifting between park to drive and 1st to 2nd became rough.

Random shop said throttle body needed to be replaced.

Installed K&N Cold Air intake, cleaned MAF, Cleaned Throttle Body, changed spark plugs and reset codes and all issues went away for about a month.

Now the issues/codes are all back and the car is running terrible. Have now replaced MAF. Probably taking in to a garage tomorrow, but wanted to try here before I do.

Any advice/suggestions appreciated. If it is throttle body unit malfunction, is that something I could do? Could it be O2 sensor?

Well just an internet diag but p1125 is directly related to the electronic throttle body. So you most likely have a bad TB. Some testing would need to be done to verify a bad TB or you can roll the dice and put a new one on. P0171 is lean bank 1, normally cause by an intake leak in bank 1. Look for leaks at the intake manifold, vacuum lines ect.
