Diagnose my spark plugs

Back story: 03 4Runner V8 4x4, bought used, I'm working through replacing things and got to the spark plugs today. I went to toyota and got the denso iridium plugs. 124,xxx miles currently.

The plugs I took out were the same denso's on both sides, same part # and markings. They differed from the ones I installed as the ones I bought said made in America with Japanese and US parts.

How do they look? Are they original or had they already been replaced?

There was some goonk on one the rest looked the same as the pics. Also got a misfire, and a code, apparently the clip to the #4 coil pack wasn't getting a good connection. Unplugged and re-plugged a few times and it cleared right up.

Not sure, i mean they look used, btu whether they were used for 124xx or replaced at 100k like iridium plugs should be, I can't tell you. They don't look fouled out.

They look great for a plug of that age. Changed mine recently after 75k since last and they looked nice and clean also.
