Diagram for my planned stereo upgrade

I made this diagram to help me visualize my plan before installing everything in my 2014 TE, so I decided to share it. There are a couple details left out, but this is the basic layout. Even though they'll be drowned out at higher volumes, I decided to tap into the dash/tailgate speakers with Posi-taps to get the signal for the LOC, so that way they'll still be powered by the stock head unit. Hopefully I'll be able to install everything next weekend.

Given that I'm biased toward spending more money, is there any reason why you are going entry level on all your equipment and choosing not to replace the 3.5" speaker or have you not choosen one yet?
