Excellent purchase experience of my T4R at El Paso's Dick Poe Toyota. I generally loathe dealership experiences, but the staff do a good job at making you feel more like family and genuinely want to earn your business and make you a repeat customer.
Usually the Sales Manager hides in his elevated, glass windowed office shut off from the customers and uses the salesman as the go between. Not the case here, the Sales Manager came right out to the table and showed me the vehicle's dealer invoice price, options etc on their worksheet. Made crunching numbers a lot more enjoyable.
