Sorry for hijacking the thread but i i'm looking for a fix to my slight rake.
My current setup is 881 front and 890 rear, will those coils give me the FULL 3" at the front that will level with the 890's or even an inch higher?
The coils he bought are for the rear. They are the front coils off a 80 series cruiser but they fit on the rear of our runners.

Not a problem. You may try a topout spacer on the front of yours to help even it out. If it was me though id keep it like that because I like a slight rake foward. Wish mine had a little more of one.

I do have the topout spacer,do you think an extra spacer or a different 2" one exist?

Dang that suprises me because I have a topout spacer on mine a my front is higher than my back. Its pretty much even witht he Arb and winch now. Ive got 882 up front for now. The rear may settle some over a little bit too. I would just give it a little time and see what happens. Im not sure if they have 2'' topout spacers.

Yup that's why.. i have the 881's! i was going to change my order but the guy at yotatec told me the 882 will be too stiff without an after market bumper or winch.
I wish if i can return them back and exchange.

i looked on carson toyotas site, and they list the 93-94 as one part number and the 95-97. No idea if there is a real difference or not.

So, you are saying with the 2.5 inch lift I have in front that Im gonna have more rake than I thought I was gonna have... I like a little rake,

Ok, so if I get too much rake I can return the coils for some 94's... (mine are used not new, so hoping that helps some)
if it kicks me up to about 4 inches, I know i have to lower the panhard bar,
but with a 4 inch lift in back, what did you have to do to account for that? brake lines? diff drop? anything else I need to keep in mind and prep for??
I know I have a Procomp ES9000 shock thats 2" longer than the stock replacements...
Im not too concerned with the rake, if its really bad that I cant deal with it til I get a bumper for this thing, then I will send them back and get 94 LC coils.
My coils were used as well and I still have about 4" of lift with them. With that much lift you will need a longer brake line or at least bend the brake line tab down so it gives you more slack until you get a new line. I dont have any drop brackets, ect ect on my rear and everything is lined up just fine. I dont have any weird handling issues or anything. I might make a sway bar drop bracket for the rear tho. For the shocks, I have the rear land cruiser shocks. They bolt up and provide the right amount of travel

Ok, so I called up 4wheel parts to try and get a longer brake line, the guy on the other end asked me what lift I was going with, I told him I LC coils in the back and he literally scoffed at me... but he flat out told me to go to some place AAC or something and they will make it for me.
So, thats the last straw, im done with them. I need to vent about 4wheel parts so look for my post under the dealers/experience tab soon. This was not the first time they pissed me off.

from him later this week, hopefully tomorrow. I should have the coils later this week and am gonna try and get this done on friday.

Im really excited about getting rid of my "Princess Lift" as my buddy Troy calls it. Well, at least in the back, ill do the front later with some help and parts from Toytec and some front and rear bumpers from Irbis...
