Did the dealership really change my oil??

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT put anything in your oil. Just change it. The Sea Foam is great stuff and has it's place in GAS and GAS only. It severely thins oil. I've seen several engines become scrap by people putting Sea Foam and other additives in the oil. My 2003 Accord V6 I bought for a killer deal because the owner put Sea Foam in the oil thinking it would help his oil consumption problem. It smoked the mains and rod bearings. It needed a PCV valve. I've seen all the snake oils and additives from working at the dealers for 14 years.

I've done the Seafoam in the engine oil, it seems to actually work well. The key is to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. It's about 1 fluid ounce per quart of oil the vehicle takes (the first mistake people make is dumping the whole can in there) and to run it no more than 100 miles before an oil change (the second mistake people make). I haven't seen any issues when you follow the instructions.

The main problem i've seen is on newer cars. Any bit of sludge that gets loosened up by the Sea Foam gets caught up in the tiny passages of actuators and VVT components.

That looks like old oil, was the filter changed? The last time I was pressed for time I had pepboys change my oil and I checked it afterwards, noticed the old filter was still on there and the oil was black. That was the last time for me, people are just lazy sometimes.

I'd imagine it would be pretty hard to prove anything this far down the line. The dealer would probably offer you 20% off your next oil change or something at best.

Moving forward I'd just comment with your wallet and find a different dealer, if you're still not happy then warn people about the lack of service taking place at this location.

I agree with the others, it's probably too late at this point. Just get it changed again or do it yourself. I stopped changing my oil for a while when I moved to DC and it became too hard (no garage, no place to work on vehicle). If you're in the same boat I'd make some kind of mark on the oil filter with a sharpie ( maybe the current date?) and check the oil right after you get it changed to make sure it's clean. In my case it was easy since I used an oil filter pep boys doesn't use so there was no argument with the mechanics when I complained.
