Does anyone know the thred size of the front and rear diff breathers? I searched and got the OEM part number but it does not say the thread size... 1/8 pipe? 1/4 pipe? Metric? SAE?
I will continue to search but if someone knows please share thank you!

I had to find a special swivel 90 degree for my 2nd gen front diff breather to clear.
Metric thread are known as BSPT (British standard pipe thread) those are the tapered ones. There is also BSPP (British standard pipe PARALLEL) which is NOT what you need as those are straight thread not tapered.
The size I used is 1/8" BSPT and it worked great. Use Teflon tape when installing, wrapped in the correct direction so the tape continues to roll WITH threading instead of peeling off.
Good luck.
Not sure, but just grab PN 90404-51319 - barbed union fitting that will install in the factory breather spot and let you run tubing to put the breather wherever you want.
I'd assume it is, but does that barbed union work on the front diff as well, or already there?
Thanks for all the replies! I have the info I need and I made my own
"Diff Breather Relocation Kit" Total cost... Under $15.00
Thanks again

How did you do it? What parts did you use?
Post #25 on page two of my build thread has the part numbers needed.
Replace the factory breather on the rear diff with the barbed (union), run the rubber hose with the Dorman breather up into the fuel filler next to the fuel cap behind the door. I didn’t do the last step exactly. I zip tied it to the filler neck behind the rubber flashing around the fuel cap. There are complete kits but I can’t remember who makes them. Hit me up if you need clarification
