well im sure everyone knows what it is. the most common thing poeple do is buy the nissan part, well that is not neccassary. you'll notice on the rear end where the nissan part will go well the piece there will do fine. there is a cap on it, pry that cap off and get some 5/16 hose and put a hose clamp on it and your good. no need to go to nissan!

what do u mean that doesn't work? i did it to my truck and know quite a few others who have?

does that method work for the front end of a 84 4runner too? i would think it would.

Yes.

Just go to an Autozone or Kragen and get an 1/8" NPT fitting. That what I did and it worked out great.
