Diff oil leaking from elocker breather

So, just installed an elocker axle, refilled it with fluid, and now fluid is leaking out of the elocker breather after driving. Just now, I parked on level ground, opened the fill plug, and about 50 ml drained out. So maybe it was just overfilled? Would this cause leaking out of the breather like this? 50 ml doesn't seem like much extra compared to the 2.6 L that it calls for.
