Differences between 2005 & 2006?

Can someone please state the exact/all differences between the 2005 and 2006 4Runner?

Here's a partial list: sometime mid year 2006 they changed to tubular roof racks & side steps (some '06s have older style roof racks), different front & rear bumbers, deletion of rear reflectors in bumpers, different grill, change to projector headlights, change in fog light & placement of front directionals (& DRLs), rear lights changed to LED for brake/parking & size of reverse light reduced....
