Different lift options ?'s

I know there is the spacer lift like Cornfed , Daystar ect...

On know there are other suspension lifts available like Downey , Toytec , OME , ect...


Are spacer lifts any better or worse than sus.lifts ? I realize each has its strong & weak points. Do they both do well, off road ? I've seen pics of off roading with spacer lifts and they seem just fine. Is the only point of a spacer lift is being able to keep your Xreas and still get a little clearance and cost of course ?

Just trying to educate myself a little
