Different Running Board Question

I hope this hasn't already been discussed. I've tried the search function but had no luck.

I removed my running boards from my '97 SR5 and the front black plastic fender flares are now incomplete. Can I get the trim piece to complete it (including the front mud guards / mud flap) without going to the dealer? My dealership said the price would be around $100 for the pair.
