Different switch for Hella 500

Hey I recently installed some Hella 500's on my 03 4Runner. I was wondering if someone can direct me to a site or something to a switch that can actually fit in one of the holes. (or whatever you call it) I know nothing about these kinds of stuff so thanks in advance!

The options are the taco fog light switch, which is about $35-40 I believe, or the FJ Cruiser aux light switch (closer to $60) which is the same except has an indicator light.

Or you can fit a switch from OTRATTW by trimming the hole just a bit, I believe those are $15-20.

or you can modify the existing switch blank to accept a regular aftermarket rocker switch. I think the daystar switches can be made to fit too? http://www.amazon.com/Daystar-KU800...573263&sr=1-1-catcorr&keywords=daystar+switch

Yeah, I was looking at the OTRATTW switches, and if I were to get this OTRATTW would i got with the option with the three terminals? (second option)

I believe 3 terminal would only be lit when you turn the lights on, the 5 terminal will have lit lettering when your lights are (similar to the rest of your OEM switches) and have the picture part (the truck or fog symbol in the pic above) lit when the lights are turned on.

I think those old style switchs require some modification too. And I think the daystar switches are about the same as the OTRATTW switches in one of their other designs (I believe the ones I posted are Contura).

I went to autozone and I saw the same one. It only has two terminals? How did you wire it?

most switches only have two terminals.

i would wire it to a relay using a ground trigger

30 and 86 both to a fused 12v source
87 out to your lights
85 to one terminal of your switch

then other terminal of your switch to ground.

this is what i did in my t4r

from left to right
-on/off for my rigid d2 led daytime running lights
-train horn over ride, off =regular horn, on=train horn
-compressor for train horn on/off

I picked up a couple of FJ switches and installed them in the blanks in the console.

I actually just did this mod a couple weeks ago on my wife's 4Runner.

Here's the part numbers for the FJ fog switch which fits perfectly in an empty slot to the left of the steering wheel or in the center console (It also has an indicator light)

One is the switch and one is the harness that it plugs into.
