Differential issue?

I have a 2000 4Runner 4WD that I just purchased recently (automatic). Everything went well until 3 days ago ...
When cold (not used for less than ~30 minutes) and that I start the car, the car just does not move forward. Only 1 of the 4 wheels (the rear right) actually spins but the other 3 seem to be blocked. But it does go backward.
The car does that for a few minutes and then with forcing a bit, the car finally move with making a sudden bump forward. And then it drives pretty well.
I was reading the user manual and there seems to be a differential locker button that does not exist in my 4Runner.
Any experience or insight on that? Thanks ...

I would check/change my transmission fluid first, I'm sure that is what you are feeling.

You, having an open differential in the rear would only have one tire spinning if you were spinning them.
No button, no locker.

Are you keeping it in 4wd all the time?
Do you have the push button 4wd?
I'm not sure why you would expect the front wheels to spin.
