differentials and transfer case fluid change

Hey all, my first time doing front and back differential and transfer case fluid change on my 2012 sr5. How much fluid do I need for the front and rear diffs and the transfer case?, I will probably just get the toyota fluids at the dealer, unless there is something better out there that you all recomend. Also what size tools would I need to do this job, does the front diffs need an allen key to open up the nuts? Also if there's a video or a DIY with a bunch of pics on the forum or net to guide me through this would be great.

Thanks
J

I will use reline 75W-85 for the diffs and the insanely expensive Toyota 75W for the transfer case. No one sells the 75W LF that is required except Toyota. I called Redline and they said that Toyota will not release the formula, ingredients or any chemical make up of any of the compounds.
