this is always a concern of mine. especially after having the straps pop off while using a trailer.
I solved that problem by replacing my hooks, with carabiners. theres no chance the hook can come off now.

I have some straps that have carabiners on them as well. I bought them that way though. They also have the loops on the top so you don't have to put the hooks on the bike.
I always loop them around the forks above the bottom triple clamp rather than the bars, it's more stable that way.

I got a new dirt bike recently. Got this from my dad in exchange for some work. He has about 10 bikes anyway.
It's a 2009 WR250F that has a plate. I plan on putting some supermoto wheels on it soon. It's basically stock except for the restrictions being removed and I put a YZ pipe on it.
Still getting that 13 YZ as well as soon as I get back from vacation in 2 weeks.

So the past 2 weeks have seen me go from bikeless (though I knew that was very temporary) to owning 2 Yamaha's. Just picked this up this morning about an hour away for a very good price IMO. Brand new 2013 YZ250. I was very tempted to bring home the 2014 YZ250F that was sitting right next to it, but I didn't want to spend the extra two grand. But man that was a sweet looking bike.
It will never look this good again. And yes, I know the expansion chamber already has a dent. Came out of the crate that way apparently.

I use to have a versa hauler when I wanted to tote my r6 around since it heavy constructed but since I just haul around bikes now I went with the cheaper aluminum one's that work almost as well. Plus not as heavy.

2012 Husqvarna TXC 310. It's actually Andrew DeLong ('14 National Enduro Champion) factory ride so it's super kitted up. Hinson clutch, full titanium Pro Circuit exhaust system, 2013 injectors, upgraded KYB suspension, enduro engineering hand guards and skid plate, etc. Trying to squeeze in one more ride before the snow comes!
