Help me please.
i have a 96 4 runner and maybe its in a FAQ somewhere, but is there any way to disable the security feature where you have to press the security door lock on the keychain in order to start the engine? I've replaced the batteries and the colder it gets the longer it takes for the signal to get thru. i'm afraid this will leave me on the side of the road someday if i ever lose my security device or it becomes broken. i've looked everywhere to find this. sometimes it takes me 15 minutes to get it to work JUST SO I CAN START MY SUV. Its ridiculous. Thank you for any help.
