disabling traction control

is there any way to disabling traction control on 06 sport? i wana have some fun in the snow thanks

This has been discussed before so you may want to try a search. To my knowledge no one has a solution.

I would pay good money for this option and the ATRAC on/off switch .

If you want to have fun , lock the center diff. which will disable VSC and you can let'r rip. ATRAC will still be engaged.

i think ATRAC turns off at about 40mph

so by locking the center diff with VSC off you can let em rip.

Just dont try to do it on asphalt - you could end up with gearbox wind up, and I hear that is not pretty

I can tell you that mine (06 V6 4x4) is a lot of fun in the snow with the center diff locked.

i lost it and put the nose into a snow bank a few weeks ago

scratched it a bit. but I did worse today with a shovel trying to dig the darn thing out.

If I could just get the wife to agree to the 5 or 10k I want to spend on a new front bumper winch bar, winch and replacement rear /tire carrier bar I would be a happy boy, oh I forgot the lift, rear locker, rims and new rubber..

and cb radio, ham radio, and and and

maybe its just as well she keeps me under control. somewhat.
