Disconnected hose in engine bay on 4Runner

I have a 1st gen 4runner with 22re motor and a hose came disconnected in engine bay and need to know where to plug it in too.

Posted pics. One pic is side of hose that needs to be plugged in somewhere. The other pic the 2 hoses next to each other it's connected to the upper hose.

three way valve has a broken nib

There is a three way gas filter part number 90917-11024 that splits the vacuum from the engine. Yours is broken off. If you look inside the errant hose the broken piece hard plastic is in the hose. You can try to super glue the broken nib a new one is $ 20 bucks from the dealer
