Something that doesn't require a lot of funds...... thats a tough one
Fly fishing works for me. Not really the time of year for it though. Washington has some world class fly fishing (I lived in Yakima for a few years).

VIDEO GAMES are my escape
and my girl is the best if i get to stressed she just takes it all away!!!!giggity giggity gooo

all i have to do is tell her im really stressed out and i need to blow off some steam in her. sometimes women understand better if you just tell them why you want to get them in bed

Going hiking in the Black Hills by myself; exploring backroads in the Runner; putting on some favorite music through the headphones, turn off the lights, and kick back in my easy chair--everything disappears but the tunes. I used to go for long rides on the motorcycle on winding backroads, but carpal tunnel took that pleasure from me. I'm hoping my recent kayak purchase (first one) will give me another outlet--just getting out in nature, one on one, usually does the trick.

I'm with doc! Go for a run or go to the gym and then conquer the wife :)

It takes a lot for me to get stressed though. The way I think of things is that if it's something that I cannot control then I don't stress about it because it doesn't do any good to worry about things that you cannot change. If it's something that I can control or change then I usually change it and it doesn't really stress me out so much.

thanks guys you all helped distract me from what was going on i guess from now ill get up on this hear forum thingy and surf around for a while

Very well put sir. I like to think of it as, is this really going to matter a week from now? a month from now? a year from now? Most likely its not unless its some huge drastic change in your life. Stay positive and look ahead.

Definitely going to the gym. Hookah bars are nice. I usually just wrench on my truck out in the garage by myself, even if it's just like cleaning it up a bit.

ahh yes

Everyone deals with life differently, and I am definitely NOT one to let outside stressors impact my internal situation , aka LIFE. We've all heard it, "life is what you make it", and in most ways it is true, but not in most situations... on the other hand, how you allow any single situation to effect your life IS UP TO YOU.
I brush a lot of things, infact most things, right off... however , in a non chalant lifestyle and approach there is still plenty to burn off.
I have a daily routine for personal meditation & another TO build muscle ( different than so)
15 min jacuzzi
10 min stretching
10 min warmup (walking)
10-15 min elliptical
10-15 min treadmill
10-15 min stationary bike
3 sets of each exercise on the.machine (nautilus ns4000)
3 sets of butterflies on flatbench(inc each set), with a set of 100 sit UPS between each set.
10 laps in the pool
30 min sauna
20 min Steamer
That's all after 530 pm, if the waves aren't good.
In the daytime, amidst responsibilities and weather, I surf, longboard, SUP, skateboard, okay tennis or just sit in the sun.
I recommend surfing (the best workout most of you've never had) and a combo of sitting In the sun.
I've been surfing for 20 out of 30yrs and working out just as long, I think most people(Americans) lack an appreciation for the outdoors and the opportunities she holds.
With my lifestyle/routine I manage 6'3" 180 lbs 7% bf, proper proportions.
Next time you get frustrated, go do what you like to do , ad hard as you can for as along as you can handle it. You'll feel betta bra!!
**also** I love heineken light and am not afraid to show my maryjane support, I relax HARD, DAILY. Believe that babay!

I enjoy cooking too, grilling specifically. All meats need the grill!
Been a huge fan of (badia) MOJO sauce/marinade lately.....
nothing like a cold beer and some grilled.goodness after a day in the ocean or evening working out. TO THE TOP

always wanted to try to surf but its kinda hard when the ocean is 10 hours away lol and after my daily driver deceided to throw a rod and my trail rig in pieces it sucked for a while still sucks i thought u guys said toyota were tough as nails lol

Sorry to hear about your troubles mate, but know this, had you not been piloting a Toyota you would have broken down much muuch sooner. Yot motors are tougher than any other, esp the 22re when tuned properly. Either way, one of my two fav muscle cars is the 67 chevelle, you should post up a pic.
And yeah man, you sure are a loooong way away from the ocean...HOWEVER, you might really like S.U.P. (stand up paddleboarding). It's something that started early in Hawaii and has spread like wildfire nationally. Infact, 70% of s.u.p. sales are to inland states, or more specifically for lake and river use as opposed to.ocean.....
It is the closest thing to surfing there is, it basically IS surfing. I prefer flatwater/backwater stroking back in the mangroves, but some ride waves on em! I encourage you to check it out man...... my friend just got a new dvd "that first glide", its about sup... if you'd like a copy ill gladly make and send you one. Anything to pay forward the stoke

Raymondoooooo
