DIY Front Skid Plate?

I ripped mine off today... Gonna have to build a new one. Has anyone on here taken on such a challenge?

Check out the budbuilt ones, they have a center support with their two-piece front skidplate design. I'd imagine any skid plate would support a jack with a section of 2x4 or 2x6 pretty easily though.

Have you seen the RCI skid plate for the 4th gens? I bought one and love it i think i paid $275.00 for it.

I'm just about ready to start measuring for one. My father in law has a CNC plasma cutter and welding equipment. I didn't find any predesigned measurements online.
