Do I need 4 wheel spacers or 2?

I've got 285/75/16 inch tires. My tires don't rub on street but off-road I rub my UCA's. I want to get wheel spacers to prevent this problem. 1.25 or 1.5 I don't really care, but if I do get them, do I have to get them for the rear?
Any experience would be nice, I've searched and I get people asking if their car will explode but no one asking if they can get away with just the front wheel spacers. And I get hub centric I know that part.
I'm wondering if it would look weird if I only had front wheel spacers and if the rear would look funny.
Rear is just fine off-road, if anything I want a small body lift for more clearance.
I am changing my LBJ's this summer with 190k on the clock so the extra stress for a whole 2 months will be fine. I'm heading to work so i'll get back to everyone lattee tonight.

ALSO: Will I have to cut my bumper some more and hammer the pinch weld more than it is with spacers?

You only need the fronts. However, getting the rears will give you a even stance, if that matters to you. I did run some 1.25 in the front and got rid of them. I'm also running 285/75/16's and don't rub at all.

You can run less then 1.25 if you don't need that much of a gap between the UCA and tire. People here run 1" and .5" spacers for just the front.
