Do I only need to update headlights to use aftermarket bumper for facelift?

Looking for a front bumper for my wife's 4Runner. The pre facelift options are pretty limited. Can I purchase OEM 14+ headlights to use with a 14+ aftermarket front bumper? Will I need anything else? The center grill between the headlights looks a bit different too.

I did search and look in FAQ's and couldn't find what I'm asking.

If I am not mistaken, you need bumper with fog light housing and the lower fake skid plate variance, lower grill, center grill, and upper grill, the headlight housing, fog housing, the splash shields in between the grills and the headlight and OEM headlight connectors and splice some wiring (because the turn signals are in the headlight)

Assuming thr front frame is designed exactly the same it should mount on directly but if it isn't, you probably need to homemake some spacers and mounting brackets.

Fenders are different too. Unless you have a front end collision where insurance is footing the bill it's just not worth it to do a facelift. I would buy an ARB or Shorckworks bumper and be done with it.

Appreciate it. I didn't know the fenders were different. That makes a huge difference. I was looking forward to the facelift projector headlights, but maybe I'll just have to retrofit ours...

If I’m not mistaken, [MENTION=134661]Xtremluck[/MENTION] did a 14+ facelift coversion with Pelfreybuilt bumper, headlights, and upper grill. The 2010-13 harness works, but you have to trim some of the loom for it to reach.

No problem. It was planned for my 2013, but I ended up trading it earlier this month.

Fenders are no different other than the trim pieces, and those pop right off.

Center grill peice will need replaced with 5310135080 (+paint code identifier)

I can't exactly recall but I think I remember [MENTION=104049]marshal[/MENTION] said something about fabbing up a bracket for part of the headlight for his 4x4 labs v2 facelift. And from what I understand the wiring needs to be slightly modified to reach the new fogs/drl locations.

You're gonna have to go the route of a full replacement like pelfrey, 4x4 labs, metaltech, relentless, etc.
