It will take a lot of trimming to fit 35's on a 4Runner, but it is very doable. It will probably be my next tire size.
I am sure you can fit it with just the 1" body lift, but the 1.5" would make your life easier. You will also need to
-drop your bump stops
-cut your body mount
-remove mud flaps
-cut away inner fender by your firewall and also front of tires
-pound down the pinch weld on your firewall
-HEAVILY trim your front bumper
-trim your rear bumper
-you would also really benefit from regearing with tires this big
etc...
What are you going to be using the truck for? I am not doing to be quite as dismissive as THEROK about this, but you should really ask yourself if you need tires this big. If you are doing some really technical trails they are great, but for most wheeling are not necessary. If you are doing it for looks, I would avoid the hassle.
