Does anyone have an interest in OEM running boards?

I had a previous about deciding whether or not to take the running boards off of my '02 sport. Well, I did. And I'm much happier without them. My question is, are people interested in buying them? Before I made a post to try and sell them, I just wanted to see if people did the opposite of what I did, and are looking to put some on. I will post pics if theres any interest. They're in very good condition. Brackets are completely rust free, and all original hardware is there. Also, they're Sunfire Red Pearl. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!

You can't even give them away free on Craigslist.
 
I would take them if you were close. I'm one of those rebels that like the factory running boards.
 
Meanwhile, I can't find a used set locally without some dumbass asking $250. On top of that, even when I provide a picture of the ones I want that work with the flares I have, I still get offered the wrong type.

Most of us on here need running boards about as much as we need a swift kick in the Jimmy...

Being tall, exactly the problem I have, plus it is just awkward trying to step over them. I like the look of them, though, and need to look into different configurations that are easier to deal with.

Haha it's not even that I'm looking for a whole bunch of money out of them. It's just that now I have them sitting in my garage, and once I saw what it looked like without them on, I knew I'd never use them again. I figured there had to be someone out there who could use ones that have zero cracks in them or even surface rust in the brackets.

I had originally liked the look as well. But I, too, stepped over them all of the time and they became more of an annoyance than anything. Without them, there's so much room for activities.

Actually, I'd put up with them if they had lights on either end similar to ones I've seen on later OEM running boards, I believe.

That's why mine went to the dump. I was going to put them on craigs and found 3 sets that no one wanted.
 
I actually like the look of them, and being a 2wd road warrior, they don't necessarily get in the way (although I do agree that they scrap your legs a bit).
I removed mine because they were dinged up and I was missing two end caps. They just looked stupid.
Nothing beats a full stock Limited 4Runner with color matching boards and cladding though.
 
If your running boards were for the SR5 with the black wheel molding, I would buy. Mine are rusted. I just happen to be cleaning/painting my black running boards. If I had the drivers side splash guard, I would remove the running boards. I have the passenger side but man the drivers side splash guard (mud flap) is impossible to find. I know everyone knows that.
