Does anyone know if these Moog springs are any good?

I was looking for fj springs to pair up with bilstein 5100 for front, Its a 4runner 2007 4x4 sr5. These are alot cheaper than the OEM FJ springs.

they are about $25 cheaper on amazon. a lot of users run them including myself. please note that the ones you linked to are the 2WD specific springs and are not suited to the weight of your 4x4.

Thanks I am hoping to get the 5100s and match them up with fj springs or whatever I can get my hands on cheaply. Still not sure what I will do for rear.

Going to install my rear fj moogs today or tomorrow with 5100s. Will keep you posted. Currently have Tacoma coils on the front set on .85 5100s.

Sure will...too bad I didn't bother to measure the front. But I'm pretty sure stock height is on par with others. After the lift I'm a bit reverse rake at that setting. Plus the rears seem a bit soft than the front now. Especially hitting them highway bumps. The front just float right over.

So far the moog ride fine. I'm not sure how stiffer it is compared to the stocks because I also installed 5100's so those may contribute to being a bit stiffer. Only thing I ran into is the bottom of the moog springs are a bit smaller in diameter so it did not sit flushed on the springs perch. I am still driving around with it and it makes no noise at all. Floats over bumps much better. I gained just over an inch but that maybe due to the springs not sitting fully flushed. Should be about an inch if compared to what others get with stock Fj. As for regrets that it's not sitting flushed, not really. Only cost $38 so if it bothers me in the future I can always put back the stocks with spacers or eventually get Fj rears when the price is right[/URL[URL=http://s1292.photobucket.com/user/chompolchhin/media/Mobile%20Uploads/IMAG0825_zps7wvqve3b.jpg.html]

As for the fronts they are about close to 2 inches of lift. Don't like much but in person looks great. Lots of compliment for other Toyota's fans. I think I may need spacers or new wheels. LOL hope this help anyone. Feel free to ask away!!!! Hehe

Looks good to me too.

As much as I love the long-travel look, the look of 285s, bumpers, sliders, etc. and all that goes with it, I have to remember the reasons for owning my 4R and be honest about it's usage.

As a daily-driver, kid hauler, with no legal places within 2 hrs to off road, and no time to travel beyond 2 hrs to have an off road weekend except maybe once per year... It's refreshing to see someone happy with 5100s at .85, FJ wheels, and 265/70/17s. It's very OEM+, and the way it should have come from the factory.
