Depending where you'll be installing them. It might be too long. I'm using something similar but with 5 LEDs instead, so it's shorter.

for me only use the 5smd led, its perfect size for the parking lights in 06-09, im sure the 9smd is too long for ur truck.

Try V-leds. I have them installed pretty much everywhere inside and they are great. Customer service is great too.
