Does Koyorad radiator (VH010665N) interfere with 4xInnovations front skid plate?

Hey I was about to order the aluminum Koyorad radiator (VH010665N). It's the one that's mostly for people with manual transmissions because it can't be used as an ATF cooler, so you would need a separate ATF cooler. Anyway I was about to purchase the radiator because I have a manual transmission and I found this thread where this exact radiator has interference with someones RCI front skid plate. I don't need any more problems right now and already own 4xInnovations skids. Does anyone know if this radiator will interfere with my 4xInnovations front skid plate? Thank you.

if the koyo is 2" shorter on the bottom like the stock manual trans rad then I would say probabaly not a problem as the koyo sits up between the frame rails and does not stick down at all.

I can't remember if anybody has installed it with the 4x innovations front skid, I have this front skid

and it does not interfer with my radiator that is 2" longer, seems like a pretty safe bet.
