yeppers, you can clearly see at 1:48 the headlights are new, undamaged, then at 1:13 theres no doubt its a different rig, rims look to be different also like sandcrawler said. I wonder how many rigs they used to get the video done ? lol

Please help me understand... That can't be the exact path Jeep uses to call something "Trail Rated". If so are there rules or are you allowed to use multiple vehicles to get from one end to the other? Any rules about getting stuck to achieve the rating?

Yeah, there are MANY ways to get across the Rubicon, some bogus, some legit. So, when people nowadays say that they cross the Rubicon, you have to take it with a grain of salt...it is not that they cross it, it is HOW they cross it. :

Yep, notice they have tape over the "T" on the grill and the "4Runner" on the tail.

Neat video, I would not do that with my truck.

I think you guys are over thinking this. Of course there are two 4Runners shown in the video. Who ever said they were trying to pass 2 vehicles off as one?? The 1st one w/ the taped headlights, taped 4th gen tails, taped grille and tailgate trim is simply an unfinished 4Runner used for testing purposes only. The 2nd 4Runner you see is clearly a finished model.

Pay attention to the end of the video during the credits (near 0:19 secs) when they state: 4Runners were driving to AZ after the 'Con.

Neat video nonetheless. Granted I wouldn't be taking a $30K+ vehicle out there if I had just bought it. That's what beaters are for!
