Does this mean I need new tires..

It rained so i decided to go around a mud field, no traction at all, from a dead stop i pushed the gas slightly and just sat there hearing all the gizmos clicking. Afterwards when i got back on the road my vsc was still going crazy so i turned side to side and was sliding on the pavement(as if driving on ice)..took a pic of tires clogged with mud.

Probably just means you need AT or MT tires, those look like all seasons. brand new all seasons would do the same thing.

I have good AT tires...but if I wanted to do a lot of driving in mud...I'd get dedicated mud tires. They are very aggressive, and very noisy...but also very good in mud.

minus the noise they've improved the mud terrain tires alot over years. My mickey thompsons produce less road noise than all the A/T's ive ever ran. I love my mud trains!! and yes i said trains!

Your pictures don't really say anything. Sure, you may need tires but if you do a lot of off-road driving, get aggressive tires, there's no question there.
