Does Yakima Skybox work with Sherpa racks?

I’m planning on getting the Sherpa Matterhorn MKII but am wondering if cargo boxes, particularly Yakima Skybox) can clamp down on the Sherpa crossbars. I’m thinking the rack’s crossbars may be too low...

You really just need to find out if the Skybox will work with 1" x 2" extruded t-slot. The brand of rack itself has very little if nothing to do with the fitment of the Skybox. Most of the Yakima stuff will fit just about any crossbar so you should be in good shape.
