Doesn't start t4r 98

Hi there.
It looks like I found myself a problem. My t4r 98 was running great, but I didnt like the MPG so I decided to clean Maf sensor With special spray and left it to dry for like 3hrs. and then sprayed throttle body intake cleaner after manually opening the throttle plate. Assembled everything together and attempted to start...no start at all engine cranks and cranks but doesnt pick up. the night after it cranks and it feels like it is about to pick up, but still fails

I'm totally lost and have no idea what to do.
Need help!

Everything plugged back in?
You sprayed throttle body cleaner into the TB without removing it?

I used Gunk M4712-12PK Throttle Body and Air Intake cleaner with out removing TB, I only removed rubber air both, opened manually the throttle plate and gave it a good spray. The engine was off. put it back together and couldn't start anymore.

For the MAF sensor I used Gunk MAS7C Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner, shaked out left over drops and let it dry fro 3 hrs. After spraying Maf and getting it all together the engine was starting and running, but only after I sprayed Throttle Body and Air Intake cleaner it refused to start. Everything is plugged in.

IMO, If it were my truck I would pull the TB and take off the IACV and clean both thoroughly. Sometimes debris can be pushed down into the idle air control valve below the throttle body and jams it up. There's a tutorial for cleaning them and I just did mine recently, just be careful of the brass screws holding the IACV to the TB, they tend to strip easily... I replaced mine with some nice hardened metric bolts with hex heads. If it doesn't fix the issue you can also see if stuff was being pushed into the intake plenum and go from there, but starting with a good proper cleaning would be my best bet.
