That's amazing to me. Of course he's insane, he took a farm tractor to a parking lot full of squad cars. So's the doof that tried to rob a bank with a squirtgun a while back, but are they copping him a plea? Hell no.
I don't like the insanity defense. We can work the fellow's mental state in when it comes to sentencing, but for right now lets have a guilty or not guilty, please.
