Try these from Harbor Freight along with a heat gun and quick detailer as a lube, if you take your time it really works. My Dad is a metals expert and he always said that most metals have a memory. I pulled a dent out of the top on my front quarter panel (dropped a f'n leaf blower at 3,000 mile on my 2016 Trail) and it is fully gone. It took maybe 3 hours of total work but I worked maybe 30 minutes at a time over several weeks.

I used this with the heat gun (heat the metal to just hot to the touch) and Quik Detailer Lube to massage out the dents.

The 4Runner is my daily driver and I’ve had it 6 years now. Zero dings. How? I park away from everyone and always hunt down end spots. On the flip side, parking an extra 20 seconds farther out in the parking lot also means a tiny bit of extra exercise every day too.

Maybe some people think I’m silly? Maybe they think I’m that guy? Well, maybe I am. But I’m also that guy that has zero dings in his ride and I’m also that guy who will get top dollar when he trades it in too. :)
 
So I have zero door dings until my wife drives my 4R one day. She is not allowed to drive it any more. I always park away from people. I am interested in trying out the HF kit.
 
Chevy Tahoe's seem to be big offenders out there. My 4Runner seems to be a Tahoe magnet. People are such arse holes that ding other people's doors.

That is killer! Would you mind sharing how many hours are involved in doing a 4Runner generally, whether or not you completely stripped the exterior and windows, etc. and how much this costs to do please? Very nice truck you have there!

What I found out is no matter how far I park, I come back and some ******* will be parked close next to me. With my luck, I pretty much have to find a parking spot between 2 barriers.

Last week I parked some where I though I couldn't have been safer. I came back later and saw grass, dirt, and paint chips on on the side of my T4R because some idiot gardener was using a weed wacker next to it. He was spraying rocks and dirt all over the right side. It seems like the harder I try to protect it, the more it gets ****ed up by others.
 
Having spent a number of years on the used car lot, I might recommend contacting a few local dealers with a fair number of used cars on the lot. I recall no less than three sole proprietors who frequented our lot on a regular basis looking for work. They did the cars right on the lot or moved it to another less conspicuous area on the premises to do the repairs. They can work magic on most (even some with light creases).
 
This could be helpful for someone in the future, and I have no affiliation with this guy, but he is one of the very best PDR guys I have ever encountered: Dent Repair of Nashville. He takes on PDR work others typically turn away.

I have been taking vehicles to him for over 20 years and he is a miracle worker.
